Xu Zhu sits on the Board of GLP. She currently serves as Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Vanke.

Before joining Vanke in 2016, Xu worked for Shenzhen Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation, Nations Technologies Inc. (a company listed on SZSE), and Shenzhen Grandland Decoration Group Co., Ltd. (a company listed on SZSE).

She holds a Master of Public Policy from University College London.
