GRS launches first European 3D sortation installation in Stradella
Global Robotics Services (GRS), the robotics company backed by GLP, has been selected as a robotics partner by GXO Logistics, Inc., the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider and a key customer of GLP. As part of the first phase, GRS has installed 17 sorting robotics coupled with 15 3D robotic arms at a GXO facility in Stradella, located in northern Italy.
GLP completes work on G-Park Zevenaar, one of Europe’s largest renewable energy installations
G-Park Zevenaar is a 133,000 SQM logistics complex, and represents a major development in renewable energy by GLP Europe. G-Park Zevenaar is a significant solar PV project for the Netherlands. The logistics complex will house a vast roof-mounted solar PV system with a total installed capacity of 16.2MW. It covers an area the size of 21 football pitches and will save 4,629 tonnes of CO2 in the first year and an anticipated 78,227 tonnes of CO2 across a 25-year period.
$1 Billion GLP ALFALINK Sagamihara Fully Leased Upon Completion

GLP achieves LEED Platinum certification for Beijing Yizhuang Data Center
GLP Pte Ltd. ("GLP") announced that it has received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification for GLP Beijing Yizhuang Data Center (“GLP Beijing Yizhuang DC”). This is the highest level of certification by LEED, the most widely used green building rating system in the world and GLP Beijing Yizhuang DC is one of the few data center infrastructure projects in China to achieve this level of certification.
GLP Japan breaks ground on purpose-built cold storage logistics facilities totaling 55,000 SQM
GLP Pte Ltd. (GLP) announced that it has started construction of fully refrigerated cold storage facilities in Japan totaling 55,000 SQM. GLP Kobe Sumiyoshihama and GLP Rokko V will be GLP’s purpose-built logistics developments in Japan to provide much-needed capacity to support the continued growth of the cold chain industry.
