SLP welcomes JUSDA to Park Yen Phong

Ho Chi Minh City, 20 October 2023 - SEA Logistics Partners (“SLP”), a leading industrial and logistic infrastructure developer and GLP’s operational platform in Southeast Asia, is pleased to welcome JUSDA and four other leading enterprises as new tenants in SLP Park Yen Phong. JUSDA, a global provider of logistics-related operations and logistics solutions is an existing customer and leases from GLP across multiple locations around the world.
The modern multi-tenant logistics facility spans 70,000 SQM and is located in Yen Phong I Industrial Park in Bac Ninh Province, one of the largest and most mature industrial logistics hubs of the Northern Key Economic Zone in Vietnam.
Completed in March 2023, the park achieved full occupancy of its second building within six months, contributing to an overall occupancy rate of 75%. This building is now leased to a diverse set of customers including: a top Japanese 3PL company; a global supply chain management services provider; one of Korea's largest confectionery brands; as well as local manufacturers focusing on solar module solutions and film technologies.
