SLP Delivers 20,000 SQM Park Xuyen A to Giao Hang Nhanh

 

Long An, December 15, 2022 – SLP held a handover ceremony for warehouse A03 - SLP Park Xuyen A to Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN), one of the leading express and last-mile delivery companies in Vietnam. This marks the first warehouse unit handed over to a customer as part of Phase 1 of SLP Park Xuyen A project. 

GHN is the strategic partner of leading e-commerce platforms in Vietnam and fulfils approximately 10 million deliveries per month nationwide. GHN is investing and expanding its logistics infrastructure to increase its distribution capabilities in response to its growing demand. SLP customized the modern logistics facility to meet GHN's growth and to support its goals to optimize operational efficiency.

After many efforts of discussion and evaluation, GHN found that SLP Park Xuyen A is the best choice to form our main regional sorting warehouse in the South. Today, we are very impressed with the quality of the completed facilities. This is our most modern warehouse in Vietnam, and today is an important milestone for GHN and SLP in future collaborations. With GHN's growth momentum, we hope to work with SLP for our expansion in other parts of Vietnam."

GHN will start their warehouse operations by the end of 2022, creating job opportunities for local workers and contributing to the overall economic development of Long An province and the Xuyen A industrial zone.

SLP Park Xuyen A is approximately 25km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, 30km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City within an hour's drive and is considered a new distribution centre within the Ho Chi Minh City supply chain. It is a modern warehouse equipped with globally logistics standards to promote safety & operation efficiency. The delivered warehouse A03 has a total leasable area of about 22,000 sqm.
