SLP Breaks Ground on 93,000 SQM State-of-the-Art Logistics Facility in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam

Bac Ninh, 9 November 2023 – SLP has officially commenced the development of SLP Park Bac Ninh, located in the Thuan Thanh II Industrial Park, Mao Dien Commune, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province.

This marks our third project in Bac Ninh, following the successful completion of Park Yen Phong and Park Nam Son Hap Linh in 2023. Bac Ninh province, a major high-tech and semiconductor manufacturing hub in the Greater Hanoi region, is host to prominent companies including Samsung, Canon, and Apple's Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Goertek, Biel Crystal, etc. The province also serves as a hub for supply chain companies like FM Logistic, Nippon Express, Jusda, and DHL.

SLP Park Bac Ninh is strategically located within a 30-km radius of Hanoi’s central business district, providing ease access to key transportation routes including the Hanoi- Lang Son highway, National Road 18, and Hanoi – Hai Phong highway, which connects all the provinces in the Northern Key Economic Zone and major infrastructure such as Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong port, Friendship border gate, etc. Thanks to its strategic location at the heart of manufacturing hubs, this project is the ideal choice for logistics and city distribution customers as well as manufacturers.

 

 

Building on the healthy leasing performance of our two existing parks in the province, we are fast-tracking the development of SLP Park Bac Ninh to meet the robust customer demand and enhance our service capabilities. The project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024. Upon completion, SLP Park Bac Ninh will provide 93,000 sqm of modern logistics facilities, delivering comprehensive solutions to meet the evolving demands of the market.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is SLP’s top priority, aligning with our global commitment and strategy. SLP Park Bac Ninh plans to attain LEED certification, making it our fourth green certified project.
