GLP has leased approximately 10,000 sqm (108,000 sq ft) to a leading 3PL provider in Beijing. The customer is expanding its leased area with GLP in Beijing from 3,000 sqm previously. This new lease lifts the lease ratio at GLP Park Beijing ACL to 91%

Singapore, 6 May 2013 – Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP”), one of the world’s leading providers of modern logistics facilities, with a market-leading position in China, Japan and Brazil, today announced that it has leased approximately 10,000 square metres (“sqm”) (108,000 square feet (“sq ft”)) to a leading third-party logistics (“3PL”) provider in Beijing. The customer is expanding its leased area with GLP in Beijing from 3,000 sqm previously. This new lease lifts the lease ratio at GLP Park Beijing ACL to 91%.

GLP Park Beijing ACL is located adjacent to Beijing Airport cargo terminal and close to several expressways including Beijing Airport Highway No.1, No.2 and North Line, as well as Jingcheng Highway. It offers customers an excellent location for both airport-based logistics and domestic distribution throughout Beijing and Northern China.
