Global Logistic Properties Leases 15,600 sqm (168,000 sq ft) to Cardinal Health
GLP has signed a new lease agreement of approximately 15,600 sqm (168,000 sq ft) at GLP Park Beijing ACL with the China subsidiary of Cardinal Health, a leading global distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
Singapore, 26 February 2013 – Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP”), one of the world’s leading providers of modern logistics facilities, with a market-leading position in China, Japan and Brazil, today announced that it has signed a new lease agreement of approximately 15,600 square metres (“sqm”) (168,000 square feet (“sq ft”)) at GLP Park Beijing ACL with the China subsidiary of Cardinal Health, a leading global distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.

Following the agreement announced today, Cardinal Health leases a total of 29,300 sqm (315,000 sq ft) with GLP across Beijing, Shanghai and Shenyang.
GLP Park Beijing ACL is adjacent to Beijing Airport and close to several expressways, including Beijing Airport Highway No.1, No.2 and North Line, as well as Jingcheng Highway. It offers customers an excellent location for both airport-based logistics and domestic distribution throughout Beijing and Northern China.
